At Skirack LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer returns according to the policies outlined below.
ProPerks Members:
Return Window: Active ProPerks members can return items within 90 days of delivery.
Restocking Fees: No restocking fees will be applied.
Return Shipping: ProPerks members are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Non-ProPerks Members:
Return Window: Items should be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Restocking Fees: May apply as detailed below.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Condition of Items:
All products must be returned in new condition, with all paperwork, tags, parts, and accessories to ensure full credit.
Packaging: The original packaging should be included and undamaged.
Specific Item Guidelines:
Swimwear, Bike Shorts, Running Shorts with Liners, and Underwear:
Must be returned unworn, with all tags still attached and any protective liners still in place.
Please wear undergarments when trying on these items.
Shoes and Boots:
Packaging: The shoe/boot box must not be used as a shipping box. Please pack it inside a separate box or shipping mailer.
Restocking Fee for Non-ProPerks Members: A 10% restocking fee will be charged for boots/shoes shipped in their original box without proper outer packaging.
ProPerks Members: No restocking fee applies.
Skis and Bindings:
Mounted Items: For skis and bindings that required drilling and were mounted:
Non-ProPerks Members: A 20% restocking fee (20% of ski and binding price) will be charged.
ProPerks Members: No restocking fee applies.
Items Returned Outside Policy:
A restocking fee of up to 20% may be charged for any item returned outside of this policy.
Return Shipping Costs:
All Customers: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
Packing Your Return:
Pack the item(s) securely in the original package, if possible.
For your protection, we recommend using UPS Ground or Insured Parcel Post for your return.

Your Request: Specify if you would like an exchange, store credit, refund to the original payment method, or other.
Reason for Return: Let us know why you are returning the item (e.g., wrong size, didn't like color, damaged in transit).
Defective Items: For warranties, describe the defect in detail.
