Overview: We are  looking for several highly qualified and skilled alpine ski outfitters. A large part of this job will be boot fitting and the applicant should feel comfortable in all parts of alpine outfitting including custom boot work. Experience is a must. We will give preference to individuals who also have experience with cycling, running and clothing to support our other seasonal businesses.

Overview: Ski Rack Inc. is looking for experienced technicians and service writers to join our team. This position requires that a technician be able to diagnose and complete repairs on snow sport and bicycle gear of all nature from various manufacturers, assemble new bikes, mount bindings, ski tuning and complete quality assurance inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with guests and retail department staff to fit, service, and maintain bike, snowboard and alpine skiing equipment including, but not limited to binding mounting and adjustments, equipment repair, tuning, and waxing.
  • Perform evaluations and initial inspections to write and prepare notes for service technicians
  • Research part compatibility and availability as needed with repairs

Overview: This position plays a critical role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience by maintaining accurate inventory and efficiently fulfilling e-commerce orders. The E-Commerce Fulfillment & Inventory Specialist will divide their time between Patagonia Burlington and Skirack, supporting both stores through online order fulfillment, receiving merchandise, inventory organization, replenishment, and stockroom management. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, working behind the scenes, and contributing to a high-performing retail operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and ship e-commerce orders accurately and efficiently to meet daily fulfillment goals.
  • Receive incoming merchandise, verify shipments, and process inventory accurately.
  • Organize and maintain stockrooms to ensure products are easy to locate and accessible.
  • Assist with store operations and provide support in other areas of the business as needed
  • Manage backstock and replenish the sales floor to maintain merchandise availability and presentation standards.
  • Assist with inventory counts, transfers, and other inventory control processes.
