Overview: We have several open positions for Run Sales Associates. In this position you will be the go-to for customers looking to buy footwear, gear, and accessories for both recreational and competitive runners of all ages and abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver friendly, knowledgeable, and professional customer service to every visitor.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right footwear, accessories, and gear based on their needs and experience level.
  • Provide footwear fitting assistance to ensure comfort and proper sizing.
  • Keep the store and related areas clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  • Ensure sales floors, displays, and fitting areas are visually appealing and functional.
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.
  • Provide coverage in other areas of the business as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Strong technical knowledge of footwear, accessories, and clothing OR the interest in learning.
  • Minimum expectation would be 15 hrs./week. Days and hours of work vary depending upon the needs of the business. Weekends and occasional evenings are required.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and manages time effectively and contributes to department performance goals.
  • Must be able to use computers, Internet, POS and phones daily. Prior experience working in retail with Lightspeed POS is a plus. 
  • Must be able to safely lift/carry/drag 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to stand up to 7+ hours. (Reasonable accommodations will be considered)
