We promise that within one full season of purchasing your ski boots, you will be enjoying the slopes in complete comfort. We will provide 2 follow up visits (2hrs of total time) for boot work to ensure your feet are happy. If the boots still do not meet your needs after 1-2 additional days on the hill, then we will give you 100% of your investment** towards another product that we/you feel will better meet your needs.
