Built for the road riding enthusiast, the Specialized Echelon II is a sleek and highly-adjustable bike helmet that's great for warm summer rides. The Echelon II features large vents thanks to an internally reinforced design and Specialized's 4th Dimension Cooling System that draws cool air in from the front while letting excess heat and moisture escape through vents in the rear. A standout feature of this helmet is the inclusion of the Multi-Directional Impact Protection System (MIPS) low-friction shell inside. MIPS is a patented technology that lets the outer shell of the helmet slide 10 to 15mm in all directions to mitigate rotational forces transmitted to the brain during an impact. On top of this important safety feature the Echelon II also has a customizable fitting system that allows you to dial in the position of the helmet for a comfortable and accurate fit. The Headset SL II fit system lets you micro adjust with a turn of the rear dial and also has six different height positions for varying head shapes. The best combination of value and function review by Skirack Staff - Jake Hession on 3/16/2021I really do not have enough good things to say about the Specialized Echelon II helmet. To start out, the Echelon II comes in at 90 dollars, making it one of the cheapest road bike helmet options on the market. However, that certainly does not mean that the Echelon II compromises on performance. As someone who has always had difficulty finding the right fit in helmets, the Echelon is not only the most comfortable helmet I have tried, it is also still very lightweight and breathable, essential features on hot summer day rides on the bike path. While the market for road bike helmets provides many fancier options, the Echelon II is a no frills helmet that does not compromise on function, while being one of the cheapest options for road bike helmets.

Skirack currently ships items to all 48 contiguous states, Alaska, and Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We also ship to Military APO / FPO addresses.
If your order meets or exceeds the amount advertised on the website, you qualify for free shipping. Choose the FREE delivery option (up to 10 business days) at checkout. This offer is valid for orders shipped to addresses in the 48 contiguous United States. The Free shipping option is not valid for orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or anywhere else outside of the lower 48 states. Free shipping orders will be shipped by the most appropriate method based on their physical size and destination. Some items such as bicycles are not available to be shipped and are only available to be picked up in our Burlington, Vermont store.
2-Day Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii may take three days. Next-Day Delivery is available only in the continental US. Next-Day Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii may take an additional 1-2 days.
All shipping methods do not deliver on weekends, but on business days (Mon-Fri).
We currently do not ship to International addresses.
