"...perfect balance of soft and responsive." review by Skirack Staff - Chloe E. on 6/13/2019This shoe is my favorite for tempo/ track workouts as well as racing 5K up to a marathon. A person who prefers a more minimalist shoe and has a neutral foot could also use this as an all around trainer. The Kinvara is both well cushioned and extremely light. As someone who wears a stability shoe for the majority of my training, I find that I can switch to this neutral, 4mm drop model with no problems, as long as I don’t wear it every day. I find the Kinvara to be the perfect balance of soft and responsive. I particularly like the way the arch feels which I don’t normally find in most neutral,fairly minimal shoes. If you enjoy feeling like your arch is supported (also known as arch contact), you will probably like this shoe. If you do not like this sensation I would recommend it’s cousin, the Freedom. The Kinvara makes me feel fast and I like to save it for days when I’m either racing, doing some quick mileage or running repeats on the track.

Due to dealer agreements, we currently only ship to addresses in the United States.
Skirack currently ships items to all 48 contiguous states, Alaska, and Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We also ship to Military APO / FPO addresses.
If your order meets or exceeds the amount advertised on the website, you qualify for free shipping. Choose the FREE delivery option (up to 10 business days) at checkout. This offer is valid for orders shipped to addresses in the 48 contiguous United States. The Free shipping option is not valid for orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or anywhere else outside of the lower 48 states. Free shipping orders will be shipped by the most appropriate method based on their physical size and destination. Some items such as bicycles are not available to be shipped and are only available to be picked up in our Burlington, Vermont store.
2-Day Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii may take three days. Next-Day Delivery is available only in the continental US. Next-Day Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii may take an additional 1-2 days.
All shipping methods do not deliver on weekends, but on business days (Mon-Fri).
We currently do not ship to International addresses.
