Reset Configuration

The Annex snowboard features Arbor's highest end Double Barrel Core which is made with poplar and paulownia with two bamboo strips through the center for a lightweight core with a ton of snap. The core is wrapped in a Cross Vector Netting, an additional carbon weave that accelerates response. This is a great option for someone that rides fast and aggressively on and off piste in all conditions. The best way to describe the ride of the board is if someone dropped a Mclaren tuned Fomula1 engine into an off road vehicle. If you want a laid back cruiser look for another option. One of the best looking rides out, that showcases the tech on top and Bryan's painting of Jackson Hole, his home mountain on the base.

  • Flex Rating (1 = soft, 10 = most responsive)
    • 8
  • Suggested Use
    • Big Mountain / Powder
  • Camber / Rocker Style
    • The Camber System design offers a poppy ride with crisp, fully engaged performance.
  • Shape
    • Directional
    • 2cm Taper:A shaping technique that narrows the profile of the snowboard towards the rear contact points. Tapered snowboards will have a wider nose and narrower tail, allowing the tail of the board to sink in deeper snow creating natural float and cleaner tracking.
  • Core Material
    • FSC Certified Double Barrell Core: Poplar to Paulownia blend with bamboo stringers running down the center of the board for added longitudinal pop and unmatched board control.
    • Inlaid Powerply Stringer-A specialized and highly intricate die cutting process allows us to combine the natural grain of multiple species of wood into singular, sophisticated Powerply topsheet.
  • Construction
    • Mixed Glassing: A triax over biax lay-up that's best for versatility: pow, backcountry, groomers, jumps, and more.
    • Entropy Bio Resin: Starting with Arbor's 2020 line they are proud to announce that all Powerplys and R.A.P. Topless Tech veneers will be made with Entropy Bio-Resin, a replacement for traditional petroleum based resin that doesn't affect performance or usability. The ingredients that go into Entropy Bio-Resin are sourced as co-products or waste products of other industrial processes and are manufactured employing green chemistry techniques that reduce the carbon footprint of the material by up to 40% (when compared to its petroleum based equivalent).
    • 360-Degree Rails: A 360-degree, fully wrapped sidewall that eliminates the need for tip fill, while effectively tying the whole snowboard together. A technology that delivers incredibly tight tolerances for improved board life and durability
    • Bio-Plastic Topsheet: One of the materials Arbor uses in their quest to eliminate harmful petroleum-based plastics from their production cycle. Made from CastorBean Oil, this eco-topsheet is extremely durable and water repellent.
    • Cross Vector Netting: Arbor's newly developed Carbon Vector Net reinforcements create evenly distributed torsional power and accelerated response from tip to tail.
  • Edges
    • Recycled Steel Edge
    • Fatory Tuned: Arbor detunes the tip and tail contact points on all snowboards for a catch-free ride before they leave the factory.
  • Base
    • Sintered Plus Base: A higher molecular weight, sintered base that provides added durability and speed.
    • Wend Natural Wax: All Arbor snowboards hit the shop floor ready to ride with Wend Natural Wax.
  • Binding Mounting System
    • 2x4 14 Pack Inserts
