super comfy -- great customer service review by Caitlin on 6/3/2020Overall, I'm pumped about these shorts. The first pair I ordered ended up starting to pill after only a few rides, a problem I'd never had before. I contacted Terry directly and they were super helpful and immediately sent me a new pair, no questions asked. So far, so good! They're one of the most comfortable pairs of bike shorts I've ridden in (even if they feel a bit wide when off the saddle). Fabric is super soft and I like that they ride pretty high. Thanks again, Terry (and Ski Rack!). I already convinced a friend to buy the same pair.

comfy but pilly after 40 miles review by Caitlin on 5/5/2020
I was pumped to finally try out a pair of Terry shorts, after hearing women rave about them. When I first pulled these on, they felt a little wide in the padding, but once I got on the saddle, they were super comfortable. Fabric is very soft. But after only two rides, the bottom started to pill! After several seasons of riding in other brands, I've never had this problem. The shorts of or course still totally functional, but I'm concerned that they'll wear out too soon. I'm reaching out to Terry now to see if they'll remedy this somehow...

Due to dealer agreements, we currently only ship to addresses in the United States.
Skirack currently ships items to all 48 contiguous states, Alaska, and Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We also ship to Military APO / FPO addresses.
If your order meets or exceeds the amount advertised on the website, you qualify for free shipping. Choose the FREE delivery option (up to 10 business days) at checkout. This offer is valid for orders shipped to addresses in the 48 contiguous United States. The Free shipping option is not valid for orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or anywhere else outside of the lower 48 states. Free shipping orders will be shipped by the most appropriate method based on their physical size and destination. Some items such as bicycles are not available to be shipped and are only available to be picked up in our Burlington, Vermont store.
2-Day Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii may take three days. Next-Day Delivery is available only in the continental US. Next-Day Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii may take an additional 1-2 days.
All shipping methods do not deliver on weekends, but on business days (Mon-Fri).
We currently do not ship to International addresses.

Back Orders
Our store only displays items we have in stock, so back orders should not be an issue. If for some reason, you happen to order something that is not in stock, the item will be back ordered and you will be notified as soon as possible.
