The R9 is Sinister's flagship gravity racer. The nine-inch travel frameset is built to meet the demands of downhill racing excelling on the steep and difficult terrain found on todays toughest course. With a single pivot swingarm with linkage operated coil shock and a highly efficiency wheel path, the R9 has a progressive shock geometry and roomy rider ergonomics.
Made 100% in the USA from 6061 series aluminum, the R9 utilizes a 9.5x3.0-inch stroke rear shock (various shock options are available).
